What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments. We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?
There is a certain devastation that goes along with finding out that the perfect pants you had your heart set on are sold out. However, hope is not lost! We may be able to get them back! Contact us to see if we can order your favorite out of stock item.

Shipping Information

Free US Shipping
We now offer free standard shipping on all US orders! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once they are processed they will reach their destination in 5-7 business days. Please note there may be weather related delays through UPS/USPS that is beyond our control.

Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our store location in Flagstaff, AZ. All orders placed by 2pm est. are ready same day. We will give you a call when your order is ready to be picked up. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 11:00am-4:30 pm.

3 Business Days – $8.95
Orders are shipped using UPS and USPS and typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Once they are processed they will reach their destination within 3 business days. Please note there may be weather related delays through UPS/USPS that is beyond our control.

2 Business Days – $17.95
Orders placed by 2pm est will ship out the same business day and you will receive your order within 2 business days. Please note there may be weather related delays through UPS/USPS that is beyond our control.

Next Day Shipping – $34.95
Orders placed by 1pm will ship out the same day and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm will ship out the next business day. Please note there may be weather related delays through UPS/USPS that is beyond our control.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

International Shipping
Cost and delivery time varies by destination. Please contact us with price.
Duty and tax fees are paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Return Policy
• Free easy returns
• Orders eligible for return must be received in our office within 20 days of the original order date.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
• Sale items and intimates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box to be eligible for return. If there is any damage to the shoebox, your return will not be accepted.
• Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact info@shoprainbowsend.com or 928.853.7564 for assistance.
• Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange Instructions
• If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item.
We will issue a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed.

Easy Return Label
We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.

  1.  Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
  2.  Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
  3.  Place USPS Return label that is provided in your order, on the box.

*We recommend noting your tracking information to ensure delivery.*

Please allow 4-6 business days for processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the credit is available.
